Between (at least) April and December of 2016, dozens of detainees at the Stewart Detention Center launch rolling hunger strikes in protest of their confinement and treatment by ICE. Detainees are place in solitary confinement as a result of their strike. On December 21, detainees collectively refuse to lockdown in protest. (Exact dates uncertain).
